This practical interactive workshop, based on the evidence-based Peak Performing model, will explore the challenge of doing well in faculty jobs without having to be perfect. The workshop is based on the workshop, Peak Performing Professor, and the book, The Peak Performing Professor: A Practical Guide to Productivity and Happiness, both by Susan Robison (The Destressor Professor).
