Lunch & Learn - New Year, New You: Creating Sustainable Nutrition & Fitness Goals

USU Be Well along with Registered Dietitian, Brooke Lister and Certified Strength Coach, Tony Popoca present a lunch and learn on creating sustainable health goals. The new year is filled with new resolutions to lose weight, but they often don't last past January. Although losing weight can be good for overall health, focusing on weight loss alone can lead to cycles of losing and regaining weight, lower self-esteem, and a preoccupation with food and body image. You'll find more success if you set goals that focus on health instead of weight loss only. This presentation will discuss behaviors, goals, and strategies that will lead to more sustainable outcomes in the way you look and feel! *Presentation is available in person and virtually and will be recorded.
