Employee Appreciation Day!

Employee Appreciation Day is coordinated by the Office of Human Resources with support and sponsorship from several internal and external partners. The goal of this day is to celebrate all faculty and staff by providing some food, fun, and formal recognition for all you do for USU and our students.

This event will include free lunch served by the USU Executive Committee, and activities such as a football field goal kick, flu shot clinic, tours of Athletic venues, live music, exhibitors, and more!

World Mental Health Day Celebration

The Office of Human Resources, Campus Recreation, and CAPS have partnered in planning the day’s events. There are a variety of activities planned, including a Mental Health fair, Tai Chi, Drum Circle, PAWsitive Impact, and a 5k. The activities begin at 7:00 a.m. and go throughout the day until 4:00 p.m.

The keynote speaker this year is Tiffany Roe. Tiffany, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, an award-winning psychology teacher, speaker, host of the Therapy Thoughts Podcast, Business Coach, and the owner of Mindful Counseling in Utah, is on a mission to make mental health accessible, eradicate the stigma surrounding mental illness, and foster a community that is well-informed and supportive.
