USU Be Well and Registered Dietitian, Brooke Lister, present a workshop on eating the Mediterranean way. The Mediterranean Diet is considered the "gold standard" when it comes to dietary patterns that improve our health. This way of eating and living is beneficial to us in so many ways! In this presentation, you will learn more about specific components of the Mediterranean Diet, its health benefits, and ten practical ways to try this way of eating. *Presentation will be recorded. Attendance and participation in this event qualify as an activity for the Be Well Rewards program.
