In conjunction with the book's release and the Unearthed: The NEHMA Ceramics Collection exhibition's closing, renowned scholar Jenni Sorkin will give a lecture that offers a methodology for rethinking the many ways in which ceramics intervenes in American art through its unique material, social, and gendered contributions.
