Utah State University Trademark Licensing
The office of Trademark Licensing serves the university by promoting and protecting its name, marks, colors, and all identifiable properties. The purpose of the licensing program is to ensure Utah State’s trademarks are appropriately used both on and off campus. The Trademark Licensing office also manages and oversees the licensing of images and audio-visual content relating to the university, as well as music licensing including the Scotsman, Utah State Alma Mater, and the Utah State Fight Song.
The university has delegated the responsibility for maintaining, managing, licensing, and protecting the university trademarks to the Director of Trademark Licensing, in conjunction with the office of University Marketing & Communications.
