Trademark Licensing

The Trademark Licensing office works to guarantee the proper use of all Utah State trademarks. This includes the ability to protect trademarks from unauthorized parties and strengthen trademarks through retailers, campus departments, student organizations, etc.

The university has delegated the responsibility for maintaining, managing, licensing, and protecting the university trademarks to the director of Trademark Licensing, in conjunction with the office of Public Relations & Marketing.
