Media Relations

As the primary office for news from USU, Public Relations & Marketing provide a wide range of information from research and academic programs to breaking news and crisis communications.

Media Relations serves as the primary resource for members of the press and other media. In addition to responding to routine media inquiries, the office also serves as the focal point for a range of broad stories that are of interest to the public.

General Media Inquiries

Coordination of subject matter experts, photography recourses, B-roll, and facilities access for members of the press are handled through media relations.

Crisis Communication

At the time of any university emergency, all official statements, announcements, or interviews relating to the emergency should be coordinated through Public Relations & Marketing.
