Utah State University Statewide Campuses is announcing the addition of seven new program offerings. These programs will be offered beginning in Fall 2024 at various USU Statewide Campuses, in addition to more than 150 certificates, degrees and programs currently offered throughout the state of Utah. The new offerings include a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a master of accounting degree, as well as several certificate programs.

“Having these programs become more widely available via our Statewide Campuses will help bring needed training and resources to more individuals and help support workforce needs across the state,” said James Y. Taylor, interim vice president for Statewide Campuses.

As Utah’s land-grant university, USU constantly monitors the needs of the state and strives to meet the short-term and long-term demands of the local workforce. The purpose of a land-grant university is to provide readily available, research-based programs and educational resources to improve the lives of individuals, families, and communities within the state.

With multiple locations throughout the state — from north to south and east to west — USU Statewide Campuses offer programs that help fuel local economies and create impact by helping to better the lives of the people and places they serve. USU Statewide Campuses offer technical education and certifications as well as degree pathways from associate level all the way to doctoral offerings.

USU will now offer one new undergraduate degree, one new graduate degree, four new certificate programs, and one new minor.
