USU Aviation Soars to New Heights — Again

The Aviation Program at Utah State University has added a new tool to its fleet of 16 aircraft and its Regional Jet Simulator, a new Redbird All-Glass Cockpit Flight Simulator.

The new simulator replicates the cockpit of the 12 Diamond aircraft that USU and the program own.

Current USU flight instructors can “test-fly” the simulator Tuesday, April 19, and current USU student pilots can get their hands on the unit Thursday, April 21.

More information is available on the Aviation website.

The Aviation Technology Program is based in USU’s College of Engineering.
