Utah State [University] women's basketball signee Lindsey Jensen has earned Parade All-American honors, announced Sunday [May 31, 2015] by the magazine.

A Cache Valley native, Jensen was a four-year letterwinner at Sky View High School. As a senior, she led the Bobcats to a 25-0 record and the 4A state championship this past season. Jensen averaged 23.2 points, 5.4 rebounds and 3.3 steals per game. A first-team All-State selection by the Deseret News and the Salt Lake Tribune, she was also named to the USA Today's All-USA Utah First Team and was the Utah Gatorade Player of the Year.

Jensen is one of 60 players to be recognized nationally, with 30 players of each gender making the list. She is one of two student-athletes from Utah to receive the All-American accolades, joining Jesse Wade from Davis High School. Wade is set to join the men's team at Gonzaga in the fall of 2017 following a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

The Parade All-American Basketball teams list is the longest ongoing selection of high school basketball All-Americans in the country. They are part of the Parade All-America franchise that originated nearly 60 years ago with boys basketball in 1957, before branching out to include other high school sports. Previous boys honorees include hundreds of NBA stars, among them Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, Shaquille O'Neal, Kobe Bryant and Lebron James. Previous girls honorees include Cheryl Miller, Brittney Griner, Rebecca Lobo, Candace Parker and Chamique Holdsclaw.
