Grand Opening: Dining Services Collaborates With Logan Eatery 'Bloom' for Luke's Café Menu
Luke’s Family Café on the Quad at Utah State University will unveil its new menu and concept during a grand opening from noon to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10.
“Luke’s is excited to share this momentous occasion with the community and invites everyone to stop by to join the celebration,” said Selma Lekve, Dining Services marketing manager. “Don’t miss your chance to be a part of the grand opening festivities and discover your new favorite café on campus.”
Recently, USU Dining Services collaborated with the downtown business Bloom to bring plant-based eating to campus. Two menus, one for Bloom products and one for Luke’s products, will be offered.
Luke’s is set to become the newest hotspot for delicious smoothies, wraps and a whole lot more.
Attendees can sample Luke’s menu for free during the grand opening and snag some exclusive coupons redeemable during future visits. Luke’s merchandise will be given away to those who’d like to represent their favorite local café wherever they go.
