Crumbl Cookies, Utah State Athletics Announce Partnership

LOGAN, Utah – Crumbl Cookies and Utah State Athletics have announced a partnership that will run from 2022-27.

“Utah State and Logan, Utah, will always be the home of Crumbl,” said Sawyer Hemsley, the company’s co-founder and chief operating officer. “I was born in the area and started the company with my co-founder as a USU senior. We have always wanted to contribute to the student experience and can’t wait to see how sweet a Crumbl and USU partnership can really be.”

The partnership, which is to help showcase Crumbl’s passion for Utah State and tell the country its origin story, will include significant signage pieces and court branding.

Crumbl was co-founded by Sawyer and his cousin, Jason McGowan, the company’s chief executive officer. Crumbl’s first store opened in 2017, in Logan, while Sawyer was attending Utah State.

In just five years, Crumbl has grown to a booming franchise with more than 370 locations in 40-plus states. It is the largest cookie company in the nation and fastest growing restaurant franchise.
