An exhibition of created by FCSE 4040: Advanced Apparel Studies that showcases student designs that are modern reinterpretations of patterns designed by the Bureau of Home Economics during WWII.
Bear Lake Project & Annual Graduate Exhibition
Exhibition
The Bear Lake Needs Assessment Documentation & Visualization Project, led by assistant professor Jared Ragland and USU photography students, captures the intersection of Bear Lake's natural ecology and human use through documentary photography. This collaborative project showcases research-driven imagery on key topics such as agriculture, water management, and development, while highlighting the vital work of USU researchers and local community partnerships. The exhibition will be featured at the Tippets and Eccles Gallery and in USU’s Special Collections and Archives. This work was created in partnership with USU’s Institute for Land, Water, and Air and funded by a Bear Lake Needs Assessment grant administered by Utah Forestry, Fire, and State Lands.
The USU Art + Design Annual Graduate Art Exhibition showcases emerging artists' innovative and diverse works across various disciplines. Each work reflects the unique vision and creative journey of the graduates, offering a compelling exploration of contemporary themes and artistic practices.
These exhibitions run Nov. 4–Dec. 13 in the Tippetts & Eccles Galleries, open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

Five-Slide Friday

Five-Slide Friday is an informal get together over lunch on (some) Fridays where faculty and students from the Department of Data Analytics and Information Systems can present about their education, field of study, work experience, academic research, ASC project, new favorite data tool, etc. and answer questions. The objective is to help ease the friction that naturally occurs in interdisciplinary settings while helping both faculty and students learn and retool. Bring your lunch and, if you're presenting, remember that you can't prepare more than five slides!

Perfect for all ages, this event offers a unique opportunity to learn about livestock in a fun and engaging way while making unforgettable holiday memories.

Legacy of Val Day of Service: Loaves & Fishes Community Meal
Special Event
Honor the legacy of Val Christensen by pitching in at the Loaves & Fishes Community Meal! Volunteers are needed for food preparation. Additional volunteer shifts available on Saturday 12/7. Loaves & Fishes is non-denominational, but takes place inside First Presbyterian Church in Logan because there is a commercial kitchen there. Volunteers are enthusiastically encouraged to grab a plate and sit next to community members that they might not ever meet outside of this free meal. Register through AggiePulse, link provided.
Dangerous Love: A Workshop with USU Professor Chad Ford

In conflict? At home, at work, or in your community? Learn the skills to transform your conflicts with with USU Peacebuilding professor Chad Ford in an interactive two-hour workshop. The Dangerous Love workshop takes you through an interactive process that Professor Ford has developed to help individuals, families and groups work through conflict. Everyone in attendance will be asked to think deeply about a person or group they are in conflict with and then we will, together as a group, work through the conflict. Expect to play some games, wrestle with some deep questions and hopefully, find a path to transform your conflict into something constructive.

Through wry humor, a strong work ethic, and genuine kindness, Peterson's story comes to life in this captivating one-man show starring Richie Call. Tri-State Band Symposium

The Tri-State Band Symposium is an Honor Band Experience for the Tri-State's finest wind and percussion players and their directors. Annually hosting around 150 of the finest wind and percussion players from the region's finest high schools, this event has attracted students and directors from Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Wyoming and Colorado. It features internationally-recognized clinicians as well as the finest performers from Utah State.
