Health & Wellness Expo: The Power of Relationships

In a world obsessed with likes and follows, it can be confusing to navigate real-world relationships. In this presentation, Healthy Relationships Utah facilitator Hilary Anderson shares what it takes to begin to build healthy relationships, plus practical skills needed to maintain that closeness and connection. Participants will be given a roadmap to focus on relationship success using the Relationship Attachment Model created by Dr. John Van Epp, as well as tying in concepts from the top relationship experts. *This presentation will be held virtually via Zoom as well as in person - use the website URL to register.*

Ecology Center Workshop - Tidyverse() & Data Wrangling

Please join us for the Ecology Center's fourth coding workshop in our workshop series: "Tidyverse() and Data Wrangling" on Tuesday February 14th from 3:00-5:00 pm MT in NR 217. Getting data organized is a key first step of any research project, and this workshop is for folks who want to learn easy and quick data manipulation and wrangling tools from the tidyverse() package (including the %>% function), and those who are curious about the R visualization capabilities of ggplot(). We will cover: a) what is the tidyverse? b) useful functions to know for data wrangling, subsetting, manipulating, and summarizing c) best practices for data wrangling d) a brief intro to plotting data

Join our local Admissions Specialist Mike Booth for tours of the USU Tooele campus facilities and to learn more about college in Tooele. Tours last approximately 30-40 minutes and all guests will receive free Aggie Ice Cream on providing contact information for the university.
